Cumberland Valley Beer Trail FAQ

To participate in the Cumberland Valley Beer Trail, sign up for the digital passport. As you visit participating locations, check in using the four-digit code at each location. As you earn prizes, you will receive a form in your digital passport to let us know where to mail your prizes, and what size shirt you would like.

Each participating location will have a four-digit code posted somewhere at the location. If you don't see it, feel free to ask staff for the code. Open your Beer Trail Passport, click on "Redeem" under the location you are at, and follow the prompts to enter the four-digit code. No purchase is necessary to check in.

The first version of the Cumberland Valley Beer Trail Passport was released in April 2017. The newest version will begin on April 4, 2024. If you signed up for the Beer Trail before April 2024, you must sign up for the new digital passport.

Currently, eligible locations must be:

• Located in Cumberland County; or within five miles of a Cumberland County location. We will accept up to four non-county locations per county surrounding Cumberland County on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Producing three or more craft, alcoholic beverages. This includes beer, wine, spirits, mead, and cider.
• Be a stand-alone site with visitor-friendly hours. Locations within farmers markets are not eligible at this time.

Passports are due by March 10, 2024.

Each check-in on the Cumberland Valley Beer Trail is worth 100 points. You can redeem points for prizes as you earn points along the trail. Sign up for the digital passport and click Rewards to see available prizes.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for your prize to be delivered. We will try our best to accommodate t-shirt sizes.
